I like this Walmart. It is one of the better ones in the area. The parking lot is very small though for the size walmart and the clearance could be a better as far as keeping up with the Markdowns but other then that it is fairly clean and stocked regularly.

The level of "don't care" is off the charts. I spent 45 minutes trying to return two car battery cores, and no one showed up in automotive no matter how many times I pressed the button. Then the team lead at customer service insisted I didn't pay a core charge wheny receipt clearly showed one. Then he just walked away. Absolutely horribly managed store.

Amazing experience with the staff and Selection. My son will be able to see so much better and the doctor was very informative.

It was a big Store, almost like a Mall in our City. I didn't gave perfect Score cause some of the products that I need is not available in store always out of stocks. Which I have to drive in to different places just to find it.😢😞 They could have re-stocks the food or items since it's the only big store that is near to us.😅

The Wal-Mart Supercenter on Nelson street is the best Supercenter in our area. It seems to be cleaner than some of the other Wal-Mart's in Lake Charles. I think that one area of concerns is always the bathrooms and this one is neater than others. The employees are also helpful and some are really friendly. Also this store usually always has what you're looking for.
