AUTOMOTIVE- Was told there’s no one head of me on phone before pulling in & by front desk when giving keys. Took 2 hours to change oil. They didn’t pull it in till I went up and asked what was taking so long. 🫠

I love walmart! This one had a makeover and they look good! The store is easy to navigate. The shelves were stocked and merchandise displayed nicely. Checkout was fast with self checkout and associate assistance options. Accessible parking and entrances.

Always able to find what you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its only the customers that get me. I have bad anxiety and when people crowd in or are going the wrong way down aisles(treat it like driving down the street on the proper side) or blocking off areas because of trying to make decisions and forgetting the world around you. There are others who are just trying to get what they need and get out of the store. Thats all I am trying to do. Im a friendly person but when those things happen it triggers my anxiety and I get full blown attacks and I speak my mind on what is triggering my anxiety and people treat me like Im a horrible person. If you dont have anxiety then you have no clue how those with anxiety are feeling. Please, as a customer, try to remember common sense and courtesy go a long way. You dont know what others are struggling with. Please be more mindful of those around you.

Front end manager stood staring at me refusing to help for just over 5 minutes so she could say they closed. Employees/ management literally refused to do job was a simply cash with draw at 754 close at 8 takes less then 2 minutes to do

Paid for propan they said they would come out and unlock it. We waited 20 minutes no one came. Called the store no one answered the phone. The customer service sucks.
