A true gem of a family owned business. The dad and sons are super helpful and remember what I like when I come in once every month or two. They are there to help you select a great stick and make recommendations based on your preferences. I’ve been going for close a year and couldn’t be happier with the store and service.

Im so glad the storefront is open again. I haven't been here since everything shut down last year and its good to see this place open for walk in business. The selection of cigars remains the best that I have seen outside of the city. Every new release I read about over the last year and every 2020 Top Cigar was in stock and at fantastic prices. The staff as always was attentive even when they were unloading stock. They actually drop what they are doing to put the customer first over their daily tasks. I also like the new set up and the store clerk was right it adds more class to this place and it prorects the high end items. This is one of the few places in the area that I buy cigars from in person and it will stay that way. The staff is knowlegeable even the lady that seems to have just started knows more about cigars than some workers at other places in the immediate area of Metairie. Great Place

I was on an important phone call and in a rush. I politely asked for help to see a cigar. The man working the counter not only refused service for being on the phone, but made very rude comments and continued after walking away. I was in total shock and caught off guard. I made him aware I didnt need attitude just ask me to get off the phone. That followed with the other employee getting angry and using choice words to kick me out. I've NEVER had such unwelcoming, rude, and disgusting customer service in my life nor have I EVER been kicked out of ANYWHERE! LA Cigar Collection service was MUCH better. From reading comments apparently making snude remarks and being disrespectful is normal customer service. Terrible business do no recommend.

They had an excellent assortment of cigars, but in my opinion, the setup of the store was lacking. Everything was in display cases and behind chains in employee only areas, not a humidor you coukd actually browse. It's pretty cramped inside, especially if they're receiving stock and have boxes in the middle of the aisle. Add in that there is no lounge or even a couple of tables outside to enjoy your purchases, I'm having to dock points. Felt like the walmart of tobacconists.
