Walked in and immediately got greeted with positivity from the guy Nick behind the counter. He knew what he was talking about and helped me effortlessly find what I needed. He was so cool I ended up sticking around for a bit just for conversation but ended up with more than I needed. 10/10 will be coming back. Best service I've ever had

Why is the door often locked and no one in the store during opening hours..Ive been sitting outside since 4.45pm and its now 5.10 and the door is still locked on a sunday when they say open. U am tired of this happening at random times during the day, to drive here and no one is here. Ive spent a lot of money here..but now taking my business elsewhere. Edit in response to such a negative reaction by owner. I expect to be treated with respect as a customer who has supported this business. Your response is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Customers are the foundation of any business, and dismissing concerns with such hostility shows a lack of basic customer service and care. If you truly value your customers, consider how you communicate and treat them, especially when they bring up legitimate factual issues. Customers spending money at your store, is supporting your business and keeping you open. I will be sharing this experience with others to ensure they know how customers are treated here.
