I am very happy with merchandise and service I just would like to know how can I get my points I earned? This is the problem I have used them before except the last time i went in I changed my phone number and the next time I went in I was going to use my points because I earned 20 bucks off well I always use phone number because because where it is I don't know..anyway I was no place to be found i know it was a complete mistake somehow but I would like my points can u help me?

Every thing is great when you're purchasing something here but THEY WILL NOT HELP if they sell you a defective mod. They sold me a gx350. 3 days later the batteries burned me and nearly burned down my house. I had to beg for them to exchange it. I got an alien and after 1 month of use it was showed ohm too low. It was defective and after all this they had the nerve to tell me it's not their problem. I WILL NEVER SPENT A DIME HERE AGAIN! I spent over 1000 dollars here in the past year. They lost a loyal customer.

My husband ran in this shop to grab coils (first time we’ve ever been in this shop) & asked for Valyrian 2 coils & she handed him a pack & said “these are the only ones we have, single mesh” so he said that was fine & bought them & then once he tried putting them in his tank realized there the Valyrian 1 coils so I ran back to the shop to explain what happened & she admitted to knowing they weren’t the correct coils & said “sorry no refunds, but the shop down the street has the right ones”. Ridiculous. I don’t recommend going here at all. Spend your money at a more honest vape shop.
