The cashier, Jazmin, is amazing. She is respectful and helpful. The store has gotten ALOT, I mean alot better since she has arrived. My favorite store in Opelousas now!

They just changed management as well as the cashier crew and it is very much so recognized. The store just reopened today after a quick remodel. I can hardly wait to check out how it turned out. Before the change of crew, the store was always disorganized and workers weren't trained well in customer service area. So needless to say good job Dollar General in Krotz Springs on the shopping experience there as a whole.

A little messy but normally friendly, quick service. Management needs to deal with the overhead lighting issues, ingress/egress can be difficult during rush hour, but if you are willing to turn right, it is not too bad. If you are from out of town it is as safe as any place to go at night, parking lot isn't well lit except right up at the store.

I usually shop at Family Dollar but I was in the area where Dollar General is I went in just for a dog collar & leash But from the moment I walked in the door & through out the store to get to pet supply I saw so many things I wanted Dollar General definitely has more merchandise than Family Dollar but I'll still continue to shop there

The store is a mess and I brought some stuff from there. Later my wife told me that I brought some expired products. Young black lady with long black hair was just on her cell and not helping at all.
