Great Experience!! Associate Shelby was knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and had information on popular products most purchased by other customers. Store looks great and great selection. Shelby was very friendly and accommodating and made the Experience feel comfortable. I've been to many vape shops and it always seems weird like your not supposed to be there. Shelby made it feel like home and because of her I will be making this 318 Cloudz my go to vape and kratom stop in Shreveport Louisiana!!!!!!!!!

No stars if I’m completely honest the ⭐️one is simply bc I hope it’s technically not the whole company’s service they give out is like the one experience I had. I requested and pointed to the item I wanted then asked the clerk if it was the correct size i needed she assured me yet unfortunately she either misheard my request which then she should’ve asked to confirm before she sold me the wrong item. Fortunately the item is okay yet for $20 I want what I asked for!!! So I won’t be returning I hope they can get better training maybe or someone who actually cares! Id like to update to my 2nd time with this specific employee and my 2nd experience was much better so i do need to say that!!! She is great at what she does! I believe she floats from both locations on Youree super sweet girl!!! Maybe it was an off thT day above!!

Bad business... customer service and mismanagement are repulsive ..... My experience consists of going in for a bottle of 12 mg regular nicotine and pods for a novo 5 on a Friday night. The associate showed a bottle of 48 mg salt nic and explained that the 12mg reg nic was comprimable to 48mg of salt nic, after I had told her I didn't regularly smoke the salt nic. Took one puff and immediately got dizzy! By then, I was at my destination. Returned to same store Sunday afternoon to see what could be done about the mix up. They were closed. Went to the other location on Youree Drive and made my case to that associate. Was informed that they couldn't accept the opened bottle BUT they could discount the next purchase by 30% OR I could return it to the store purchased from on the following day. As there was a 3 day return policy..... Got off work on Monday, and ended up going by there. Was told there was nothing they could do because it wasn't returned on Friday night or on Saturday. This was Monday AND they could only discount the next purchase by 20%! Do not recommend and am in utter disbelief. Will not be returning to a business that's unwilling to honor their products and an untrained associate's mistakes.

just went to this location hours say its open until 9 pulled up about 1:40 on a sunday was not open. FIX YOUR HOURS !!!
