Wish I could give them more ⭐'s! So friendly and accommodating! Literally the nicest people ever!

I've been waiting for the store to open at 8 AM since 7:50. It is now 8:15 AM and the store is still not open. Do better.

Card reader didnt work took 15mins then told me to come back later, said to cashapp him directly if I wanted the product. Terrible service and poorly run.

At first I was happy, but then I was told the wrong return policy, so when I was trying to return something within the clause of what I was told, they wouldn’t accept it. Went ahead and cut my losses, and bought a whole new thing, spending well over $200 at this shop… The manager/owner never seems to be in store, at least not in the 4-5 times my partner and I went into the shop within a few days of each other, trying to straighten things out. His employees always have to call him on the phone, and honestly from hearing a single phone conversation between a one employee and their manager, I could hear a change of tone in the employees voice that exhibited nervousness or fear and she was apologizing to her boss profusely, almost like she felt stupid for asking the question. Next time I’ll just buy online for cheaper straight from the manufacturer instead of supporting local, because I guess that’s what you get for doing so in Shreveport.

Came in for some juice that a friend recommended. They had it and lots more. This place has just about everything you'd expect and more. Hookas, kratom, tank, mods and a friendly helpful young lady. With my purchase of a tank and 2 bottles of juice I was able to pick a free disposable. Only downside is same as I'd expect any "local" vape shop. That being prices. But honestly they weren't to bad. And I got some good stuff for under 60$ Will be back.
