My favorite beer is Shiner Black Lager. I asked them about it, and they ordered it. They always have plenty when I stop in now. This place is great!

The selection is top notch for this area. I recently tried Thousand Islands Winery's Honey Harbor Mead. It's very sweet, low-acid, mild, and very flavorful. If you've never tried mead before, this is the best bang for your buck. If you want more ingredients/complexity, you'll aim for the Dansk Mjod varieties. Best spot for finding your taste. 5 stars deserved. If you want it, they'll get it.

I lived down the road my whole life. I was there when they first opened, and the owner, Mr. Sam, was just so friendly asked questions about what we liked. And had no problem ordering it on the next truck. He keeps the same staff forever, too. Makes me think he's flexible and understanding. Good quantities in a person. As a family we support our locals.
