Priced too high. Can only imagine what else they are overcharging for. The woman behind the counter was extremely polite and helpful. She stopped working on shelving to make sure I got what I needed. She's probably the only reason I'd come back. I understand, different stores have different prices. Just a heads up for anyone trying to save some $.

The girl had no idea how to look at my atomizer to tell which one I needed then when I tried to help her figure it out she sold me the wrong one.. sorry but usually another stores they just grab my vape from me look at the numbers and give me the right one immediately I've never encountered someone they couldn't figure out what size atomizer i needed! Almost 25 bucks down the drain thanks a lot! I definitely will never shop here again I will drive however far to the next vape shop

I'm looking at the ratings and the comments.I'm not the only one that's complaining about this girl.L o l but...I'm giving blaze in westlake a one star.Rating, because of one employee, it has nothing to do with the store.Nothing to do with the guy employee.It's the other thing that works there.I spent two grand at another vape.Shop this week.The two grand that I would have spent at blaze.Some people should just not work in customer service.They shouldn't be working with people.... And because of her, I will spread the word, and I will never go back in that store again.That's not to say I won't see her on the street, i'm just never going back into blaze again.I'm not spending my money there only because she works there.If she didn't work there, I'd be in there every day.All over again God bless

Bought 2 tapes while visiting the store at almost closing time when I got home I realized I had left my old vape(still had half juice) at the checkout. Called and asked employee and he said it was there and even stayed open an extra 5 minutes so I could retrieve it. A+ for customer service. Will definitely return.

I’m seeing a one star review from a particular woman who causes chaos at any business she goes into in Westlake. I’ve had to ask her to not come back to our business before, so to be very very clear all the employees are amazing but some of the customers need a reality check!
