The owner is a stand up guy. A very disrespectful act with the American flag happened on the property of his store. He acted swiftly and handled the situation in a manner that will make me want to go back to this store. The store is always clean and the staff always friendly.

For the location in Westlake I can honestly tell you the employees have gone above and beyond there standards. The staff are very kind, compassionate, loving and courteous to ALL of the community here in the area. I thank God for the friendly employees. I cannot say that of the others in Westlake. Every customer is treated with respect and accomidation Respected ALL the same. I recommend all my friends and neighbors in the local churches. I will continue to share with my friends, family and neighbors the vast selection of overall store and the cleanliness I am proud to refer any visitors from our local patrons from different states and countries. You must check out this store. I assure you will not be disappointed. God bless you.

The guy that works evenings is very rude to customers. He talks on his phone that is stuck in his wrap around his head. He was talking while checking my things out and I said I'm sorry i could not understand what you said and he said I was not talking to you.. well guy you were looking at me so I thought you were talking to me. GET OFF THE PHONE.. This was not the 1st, 2nd, nor 6th time this happened. He needs to be tought a lesson. But I bet he gets a raise!!

The manager is unprofessional and rude! They had no sign on display stating the tire pressure machine was broken. The machine ate $2 and the manager could care less. She had no clue if it worked, how it worked, and made it abundantly clear that the fact that it ate a customer’s money had no impact on her! I will never shop here again! Manager’s attitude is Bad for business!
