Not sure what all the reviews about the owner being unpleasant were about. “Gerry” (I think was name) couldn’t have been nicer. You had to push a little to get him to open up, but he’s fantastic once you get him to engage. The selection of cigars was fantastic. I don’t use pipe tobacco, but they had a large selection if that’s what you’re in to. His son was there another day I went. Less friendly than his father, but I am sure he is learning. Great shop all around.

The man at the counter mostly kept to himself, but he was helpful when he knew we were buying cigars as gifts and helped us take price tags off. Great if you know what you want and don't want to be bothered, but you might need to shop elsewhere if you need some discussion or help with picking from a large selection. The shop itself is located in a renovated historic building that used to be a service station - pretty cool. I loved their large selection of pipe tobacco and they have a nice selection of cigars. I travel a lot & I'm always sure to stop at local tobacconists. This was one of the better places I've been to.

Very large selection for all tobacco needs. The man working was incredibly knowledgeable in pointing out the different varieties for pipe tobacco and knowing which ones i might prefer, based on my descriptions. Its very nice to have an actual tobacconist in the area also!

Friendly knowledgeable service and a wonderful selection of cigars in a huge humididor.

i’ve smoked one cigar before. wanted to get some insight and recommendations for my family to celebrate a milestone. the old gentleman working the counter was abrasive and refused to help. “i don’t know what to tell you” is a direct quote. such a shame that a store that specializes in this product doesn’t actually care to sell the product!
