If I could give a zero star review I would. My girlfriend had purchased two $10 torches from this establishment. When we got home and tried them they immediately were defective. The next day we came in to at the very least swap them for 2 of the same ones that worked.. They they denied this request because we did not have a receipt. So we decided to wait until the employee that sold the torches worked so she could verify that we purchased them. We came back and saw the women was working. She came over and verified she sold them to us. The manager who clearly has every employee terrified comes on over and states their policy is with no reciept, they will not even swap them out even though it was verified she sold them to us, and we came in previously stating they did not work. The manager immediately got frustrated and was so nasty, rude, and couldn't even handle a bit of a negative situation that we were shocked. She stomped away without even attempting to figure this out. She was awful, the employees didn't say a word as if they were scared to upset her. Will never go back

Great spot, once I found this shop I have not gone anywhere else. Prices can not be beat on just smoke items but the Red Bull deal is awesome as well! Plus I am always a supporter of employee owned businesses.

Most of the people working there are super rude. Ill be giving my business to the smoke shop across the street. This wasn't the first time. But the women didn't even let me walk in the door and she rushed to see my ID. I was already gonna show it but she ran to the door to be sure. No more topsham maine smoke shop.

Pretty good variety and selection of products with a laid back vibe

I been going there for a long time, love the staff very friendly & helpful
