Easily the best experience at I’ve ever had at a smoke shop - Northern Lights ME knows what they’re doing! The customer service was honestly the best part. Everyone was super friendly and actually knew what they were talking about when it came to the products. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. Even better, all the staff is extremely personable and shared their own experiences (positive or negative) with the products they’ve used. Everone is extremely honest and respectful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want you to leave happy. The products are great quality too. Definitely one of the better smoke shops I’ve been to, and I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Popped in the other day for the first time looking for a heavy duty thick hand pipe. The employee was super helpful, patient and even spotted me a bag of screens with the purchase. Prices are more than fair in my opinion, spent $30 on a piece that easily could have been $60. Will return for sure🤘🏼

Visiting from VA and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this shop while looking for vape juice. I ended up snagging the PERFECT bowl for my piece. Love the glass brands and artists they stock, their selection and service stands out a lot from some of the other local shops I stopped by while in Portland too. The lady who helped me was extremely welcoming and helpful, not sure if she's the manager there but she's excellent regardless 🙌

EDIT 06/23/21: Stopped here today to pick up a retro vape replacement whip along with a few other items and when I arrived home and opened the box the hose is completely broken at the bowl piece and the hose itself is bent at various points. As I attempted to straighten the bends out of the hose the hose started to literally rip at the creases as you can see in the photos. I called the store and told them that I would like to just return it as opposed to a replacement which they adamantly refused to do. I did become perturbed at this considering that I spend a couple of hundred dollars a month there, sometimes more and then I was told that since I was being rude that I didn't have to come back at all. I ended the discussion by agreeing to the replacement and letting them know that I won't be shopping there anymore. This is just one more out of state conglomerate clamoring for our hard earned dollars without caring about their patrons.
