I had a bad experience for my first time here!! I go in to buy a product and as i’m looking for a flavor he’s already asking for my ID… i’ve never had someone ask before i purchase so that was off putting and then i purchased my product he didn’t even ask if i wanted a receipt and i usually check my product to see if it’s good or anything wrong before i leave and it didn’t taste right so i go back in and ask for an exchange and he says no then i ask for a refund at least because it is very pricey and he says no refunds either so i ask for a manager, a higher up, or even a telephone number and he says there’s nothing so all i can do is leave a review. That’s my first and last time shopping with this place!!

Smoke Shack in Annapolis is hands down one of the best shops around! The owner, Ali, is always such a delight to see , he greets everyone with a big smile and is always willing to help with anything you need. You can really tell he cares about his customers, always asking how we’re doing and making everyone feel welcome. He even let us hang our GoFundMe flyer for our family pet, which meant so much to us. It’s rare to find that kind of kindness and community care these days. Highly recommend stopping by!!

I love this smoke shop!!! Great store Great staff! I highly recommend this store for any of your smoking needs.

Amazing shop! They have the best quality kratom. Ali that works here is one the best workers I've ever met! He knows how to treat a customer and has the best sales the prices are very very reasonable. So if you're on a budget your good to go! I will never go to another smoke shop for kratom as long as Ali is there I'll be there. Kratom itself in Maryland is hard to find and hard to find great quality his is very fresh and probably the best kratom I had in the state of Maryland. Highly recommend you to check out the smoke shop for all your smoke shop needs most definitely the kratom. I'll be back soon!

Amazing customer service absolutely the best shopping experience the shop is like heaven away from home. They have everything best quality.
