I had a very uncomfortable experience at this vape shop because of one of the employees. During my visit, the male brunette employee with the heavy accent made a race-related joke in front of a customer of that race, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional for a retail environment. Shortly after that, he began making comments to me about sexual topics and how men and women can “help each other out in certain ways.” As a customer, this made me extremely uncomfortable. During the interaction he also gave me a product for about 70% off, which added to the awkwardness of the situation considering the inappropriate conversation that had just happened. Businesses should be welcoming and respectful to everyone, and conversations like this should never happen between staff and customers. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
