Listen, the SHRIMP TACOS on TUESDAY ONLY are treated soooo good. The tortilla is grilled, the shrimp, seasoned and plentiful! The orange sauce, fiya!finally! The fish taco was well seasoned, good BUT, the shrimp is preferred! Try it, lmk

I had the B-More seafood omelette with home fries the omelette was cooked perfectly the home fries were crispy and seasoned and my wife had the steak with egg whites with home fries the don juilo margarita was good thanks to my sister DANNY THA BAR MANAGER for bringing us here. Tati as the bartender- the margaritas were top tier. Yari was my server she took me and my wife order and didn’t do no wrong and big ups to the chef’s Manny and Chef Cuyler who made our food It was very good and seasoned when we come back to Baltimore We will be coming back at BULA LOUNGE

The customer service is terrible . It takes forever to get anything you order and half the time you won’t even get it . Owners/management/staff don’t take onus for their mistakes . I asked to speak with a manager/owner for food I ordered hours ago and didn’t receive and they claimed they’re “unreachable or sleeping “, but Insisted I speak with the “supervisor” whom had an attitude and was not willing to right their wrong. This place has potential but due to the lack of accountability and customer service I wouldn’t recommend . I understand mistakes happen , but due to the establishments unwillingness to mitigate my concerns, I left extremely disappointed .

From the time I walked through the door , I was greeted with great energy and taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful- very inviting and well put together . The food was amazing . My server was very attentive the entire time. I watched her make sure everyone was taken care. There were only 2 servers and 1 bartender , at first I thought that was crazy because figured if it got busy, the service was gonna not be so great! But let me tell you the 2 young ladies on Wednesday worked the room. They did there thang . The bartender even came from the bar and asked me if I was being taken care of. He made small talk and made me feel welcomed as well. It wasn’t crowded but it was a nice amount of people and they took care of all of us. The service , music , food ,drinks, and overall vibe was on point. I was especially impressed to see the level of professionalism and excellence at a Black - owned business . I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this spot to others. I didn’t get their names but —— Shout out to the male bartender and 2 young ladies -servers that worked on Wednesday You All Rock!

Yesterday -Saturday is when I came. The place is beautiful and has potential but they don't have any staff. They had a girl with blonde hair and clear glasses working -dont know her name but she was doing everything n I mean everything. I know she was tired and frustrated but she remained pleasant and did her best to take care of the people there. I waited 40 minutes for a hookah then couldn't even get a coal change. Big shout out to her! She smiled and apologized when we complained to her and her professionalism and amazing customer service kept me and my table from flipping out! This business could not have ran without her. Hope she is acknowledged cause of it was me I would have quit right there. Now let's talk about the food . Omg the wings were big and not cooked. They looked like they were going to fly away with the feathers on it . It was definitely a mess. Only reason I will come back if I do is cause of the server with the blonde hair and the Dj.
