Saturday was my first time patronizing this business and it was the last time. I went in because they had lottery and scratch offs, I'm paying with a $100 bill, and I am getting $57 worth of items and was scrutinize and stereotyped as if the bill wasn't real and I was judged by something that happened two weeks prior, you can not judge everyone the same. I'm disappointed that people expect for you to spend your hard earned money but still don't respect you, I will never spend another cent with this place.
I just moved around here as a local professional in the community (been in mental health in Baltimore County for 7 years). The store clerk is the buzz kill here. He seems lethargic, unmotivated for request and just not welcoming. The big hookah coals are usually 2 for $5 everywhere else nearing the city (a whole box of 10 cost $20) and the clerk presents as not uninterested in considering competing prices--- Assuming it's only for urban looking folks. A very "it is what it is" attitude to those that may appear *different* or not the typical customer. There is a new hookah/tobacco shop that just opened last week that is more accommodating and values the importance human relationships. I would strongly suggest taking your business here.
My daughter buys vapes,we buy tobacco and filters.being a business owner my only complaint would be that I suggest he was a little easy to deal with he cut and dry. No moving room lacks knowledge on products lacks willingness to help or go the extra mile for customers. To stern.
Prices on cartons are significantly less than what is charged at other area tobacco stores. Parking is easy. The area is fairly safe. And a big plus for me - these people are so nice that I walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in.
