Loved Van Gogh Vapes Joppa so I went to the Perry Hall location. Had the exact same treatment there as I did at Joppa. Amazingly helpful people and had everything I needed. Will definitely be back.

Went to the other location and it was horrible. I figured I'd try this one to see if it was any better. It wasn't, stay far away from these places.

So glad i found this place. Wide selection of brands and flavors! Very helpful staff!

I was impressed with the amount of juice selection they had here. They also have the biggest selection of coils but when I went you had to know exactly what you use etc because the person they had working didn’t seem to know a lot about the the set-ups they had, wasn’t familiar if it took batteries if so how many or which ones, nor about some generic specifics I was asking as I wanted to buy several new product that just came out, so the owner does an excellent job with having the newest & latest. It would have been a better experience if there was a person that just knew a little more than the one person they had working. The person could have been new, I’m not sure. She was very pleasant, smiled, had awesome customer service skills.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! JOHN screamed at me and hung up on me when I called to see if they had a certain pod in before I drove there. When I called back he tried lying saying I hung up on him. when I said this is horrible customer service I wanna talk to a manager or owner.....he tells me he's the owner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.....and if u must go there stay away from JOHN!!!!! I ended up speaking to the "general manager' and he tried saying John is under a lot of stress. well maybe JOHN should t be working in a customer service based job then. I have NEVER been yelled at like that before......totally unacceptable and I will never step foot in this vape shop again!!!!! I'm truly in shock!!!! LEARN HOW TO TALK TO WOMEN JOHN!!!! LEARN HOW TO RESPECT UR CUSTOMERS JOHN!!!!!
