I stop here frequently around 6 AM, well before the morning rush. Unfortunately, almost every visit has some kind of delay. Either the employee making the coffee is distracted doing something else instead of paying attention to orders, or the staff work at an extremely slow pace. For people trying to get to work on time, this is a recurring problem. One time, the service was so slow that I had to ask for a manager to cancel my order and refund my money because I could no longer wait and risk being late for work. This latest visit was especially disappointing. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese, but once again, I barely received any cream cheese at all. After waiting so long, you're usually rushing to get to work and don't realize the mistake until you arrive. I also ordered a lunch bowl, and it was only about half full. To make matters worse, the lid would not close properly. After trying several times, I ended up throwing it away because I did not want to risk it spilling in my car or something getting into my food because the container would not seal. This has become a pattern rather than a one time mistake. Wawa needs to do a much better job respecting customers' time, paying attention to special requests, and making sure food is prepared and packaged correctly. It is frustrating to spend your money, wait longer than expected, and still not receive what you paid for.

Out of all the Wawa trips I’ve made in my life, this one will be the thorn to my rose. Around 7:30 AM, I stopped in and ordered a BBQ Chicken Quesadilla with a side of sour cream. I waited patiently, grabbed my food, and left. I didn’t even make it to the next traffic light before realizing the sour cream I paid for was missing. Normally I would let something that costs $0.25 slide, but with gas pushing $5 a gallon and the fact that we don’t have sour cream available at my job, I turned around and came back. When I returned to the food counter and explained that Order #923 was missing the sour cream, the employee ,Erica, told me, “Give me a minute.” No acknowledgment. No apology. When she returned, she tossed the sour cream onto the counter. I asked, “Did you have to throw that like that?” and was met with a passive-aggressive, “Have a good day, ma’am.” I then ask “who is the manager” no response I ask again “who is the manager” no response. I then ask the black girl “Is she ( pointing at Erica) the manager” the girl looks at her before answering (like she scared or something) and then pauses before saying “no” Erica miraculously finds a voice and says “She(meaning the manager) is up there (nodding towards register) I then wait in line and ask the older white woman at the register if she is the manger and she said no then immediately called for the manager to come to the front. I then asked multiple times for a manager. Getting a direct answer proved harder than it should have been. Eventually I spoke with Gilberto, who had prepared my quesadilla and was also the manager on duty. To his credit, he remained calm and professional throughout the conversation and provided me with the corporate contact information when requested. However, there was still no apology for the missing item or the interaction that followed. The forgotten sour cream was never really the issue. Human error happens. What turned a minor mistake into a negative experience was the dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and complete absence of basic customer service. I’ve already documented the matter with corporate, but I wanted my experience reflected here as well. Customers spend their hard-earned money at Wawa because they expect convenience, consistency, and respectful service. Today, I received a tossed packet of sour cream, run around, and bad energy with passive aggression on top.

Worse Wawa location has been. Waiting for a sandwich forever, three people "preparing food" laughing, and talking to each other and talking on the phone, I saw people canceling their orders. Oct- 19-25 9:30 am

I’m here picking up an order and Jass stops to take a customer at the register when I was here way before and was already waiting for someone to complete my order. Very unprofessional when she started to bag my stuff and stops to help another customer when I was the first customer
