Be aware, customer service is an absolute crap. The new manager is very mean. They will sell you deoxygenated pods and do not take return even though it’s clear the product is bad. This often happens with the jull two packs at various places and never experienced any issue with sellers before for return. It’s understandable in the sector, but not this place.

Absolutely stacked store with service quality that would earn a Michelin star if it could. The selection is fantastic, from aromatics to hardware, but really the true highlight has always been the people. Kai works with a smile on his face and knowledge locked in. The only reason I'm not naming more people is I didn't ask for enough names! I hope to update this review soon to fix that. Other stores in Bethesda(apart from the other Smoke Island) just cannot compete!
