This girl greeted us when we arrived, there were two minutes left until closing time when we arrived today and we were looking for something to buy and the two minutes until closing time passed and she turned off the lights even though we were inside and told us it's closed, leave now and we left the place but it seems very wrong to treat customers like that and kick them out of the place because she didn't tell us before that she was going to close, right? She treats customers badly. He told us it's closed, leave, it's not in good taste, he shouldn't work there, he's going around treating customers badly.

This location has been a great and joyful experience in my time visiting the area. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Their service and charecter are fun and professional. The store itself is clean, neat, and offers a very tropical escape vibe that combined with the personnel makes every visit feel like a small vacation. They have a wide range of products, more than I could sample in my time, and offer security if there's any issues so far as the electronics were concerned. A great business and great team.

It’s a good store. Only complaint is they go thru employees too much. I miss the blonde girl with the lashes :( she was so sweet. Also, the music always is blasting and they overcharged me once.

I love this place, amazing energy, amazing prices, and amazing products. Kyare has helped me with multiple purchases and gives great advice for certain flavors. He is the best worker there!

Both Bethesda locations are clean, organized, and reliable shops. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Kyare is friendly & continuously well informed about what products are in store. He’s also great at giving the best recommendations based on what I’m looking for. I refer friends to Smoke Island all the time.
