I've been coming for awhile but I've never done a review. This place is just great. The store is very welcoming and clean, they stay open late, and my girl in the evenings always knows what I want, has the recommendations. I need and the info to back it up. My visit today was the perfect end to the night!

I went to this smoke shop and left before I could even shop. When I arrived, there were three SUVs blocking the entrance. From what I could tell, they were friends of the cashier, and the cashier was just talking to them instead of focusing on the store or customers. When I walked in, nobody acknowledged me. I stood there for about 10 seconds, and the people there did not seem friendly at all. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and hostile enough that I decided to turn around and leave before even saying anything. On top of that, there were no prices listed on anything in the store, which makes it harder to know what you’re buying or compare products. Overall, this was not a welcoming or professional place to shop.

The lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming, helped me get a battery for my cart. Wish I asked her name and number lol

I recently visited Hotbox Smoke Shop and was highly impressed with their product selection. The staff, including the owner, Moe, were knowledgeable, patient and friendly, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend Hotbox Smoke Shop in Edgewood to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years. So u am a long time customer. I only have a good experience in the morning. Every time I come in the afternoon it’s a hassle. The afternoon lady always up charges me. It’s always a mini party when she’s there. And she’s very rude. The owner has to overly like this girl to keep letting her work there. I am not the first to complain, I know tons of us that avoid the store while she’s there because of the service. Overall the store is great, he may just need a different afternoon worker, because I’ll start going elsewhere if I have to deal with her.
