rude, unprofessional, and just disorganized. went there last night and was met with attitude and after i paid with cash, was never given my change. ive had too many bad experiences here and i would not recommend this place.

Shopkeepers in Edgewood are extremely nice. Always has my brand in stock. If they don’t have it here most likely they’ll have it at the Aberdeen store.

Rude and arrogant. Sold me a broken vape at the edgewood location and wouldn't return it. Don't try calling to get any information either. I called the aberdeen location to inquire about pricing and told me he's too busy and hung up on me. I mean just awful customer service. I told them I'll take my business elsewhere. There's a new smoke shop on Pulaski highway, Tobacco Kulture, that just opened who have good prices for sale too. It's ashame for the amount we spent there too. Just to lose business over some petty things like this will put you out of business eventually.

Get this, I called this place to inquire about a new tank for my mod. I asked this man what different tanks they had and he said that he did have the one that I mentioned, but there total array of tanks is very limited. When I asked him the price of the tank he tells me that there not allowed to give any prices over the phone and that’s their policy. I then told him that’s one of the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, this ignorant man says,, well you can go shop somewhere else, and he hangs the phone up on me! This is the way of customer service in this day and age and its how these employees truly feel about customers, they could care less! I’ll never spend a dollar in this store, EVER! There are dozens of vape shops in the area to put up with this ignorance when I was simply stating my opinion. 9/7/23 12:00 afternoon

My go to when I lived in Aberdeen. Fairly priced Kratom. Good selection of Delta 8 carts and products. Nice staff. Went in here 4 times a week and got to be friends with the lady's behind the counter.
