Very rude human beings in here. Good merchandise though. This place is a scam. Everything is double the price as online. Check online for what you're looking for and don't give this place your money. Eightape and element vape are half the price of this place. Be carful products aren't as they seem...as well as everything is overpriced almost double...

I've gone to this shop literally at the least every other day. The system is always down and never get my points for the money ive spent here. I would have so many points/money off if the system wasnt always down, they say oh just go to the urbana one and I dont have access to that store. This is ridiculous and the system has been down for over a month now. Sometimes its up and working but most of the time its not. Thats not fair that I dont get to use points ive earned over the year. Fix your system people come on. Id have hundreds of dollars off or points to use at this point but nope smh. Damn shame. Its not a couple points, were talking hundreds lol. And what free vapes or other options are you talking about? I was never offered anything lol.

Everytime i come to the store they always help me and make sure i leave satisfied and with good customer service! For sure returning to shop here!

Great Vape shop, had what I needed and has good deals and rewards. Very friendly and helpful!

Regular customer here for blunts. Last visit, staff interrogated me about what I smoke and where I buy. When I said I use a dispensary, he pushed me to buy from them instead, bragging about 4 shops and claiming they “sell the real weed stuff.” Too aggressive and unprofessional. Won’t b back.
