Elsie was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products she sold to me! She made the it so easy and simple and I truly appreciated that being and older person! So I just wanna say thanks Elsie🫶🏽

One of the Best smoke shop in the neighborhood! always great customer service, always very welcoming. my favorite workers to see coming in are Zanita, Elsie And Kayla. I always enjoy coming into the shop and seeing them they have great personalities, great energy know how to make customers laugh and know how to make the experience memorable.

Have been coming since they opened and I purchase a vapes and never once do they ask me to open and try them. So I buy 1 and it doesn't work so I take it back and she says honey you left there is nothing we can do for you. That's why we ask you to try them before you leave. I said name once you asked me to try them before I leave. And she couldn't !!!!! Will never go back 12-11-25 I did swallow my ego and go back and kayla made it right with me and let me get a working vape. I feel that was very nice and I was not expecting that. I highly recommend stopping here because looking past this little hiccup your treated and greeted like family. Thanks kayla for making things right and customers please try the vapes before you leave !! Happy holidays everyone !!!!!
