I've been shopping at the Vape Pad for over ten years. The staff are the absolute best. They take time to explain vape products in detail to their customers and always recommend the best fit. Their industry and product knowledge is top notch. They have helped many former cigarette smokers kick the habit for good. Five STARS!

Just moved to the area and found this shop. I’m so glad they carried the juices and coils I needed. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been to other shops in many areas and I definitely will state they are very knowledgeable in here. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this vape shop. A+++ guys! I will definitely be back as a regular.

Very very pleased with the quality of customer service in here. This is my first time coming to this shop. It’s very clean, organized, and informative. I had to pick up a replacement device so end up getting a newer device. Very satisfied with my purchase. You will have a returning customer. My next purchase will be new flavors I have not tried from this store. Thank you again. You have a new happy customer!!! AAA+++++

Highly recommend this place! They were knowledgeable and had great recommendations for me! They were patient and explained things I never knew (I picked up vape 3yrs ago on a whim after quitting heavily smoking before my kids)! We just moved to this area but this will definitely be my go to vape shop!

I've been coming here for years now and it's just the best place to go. The guys running it are always great to talk to and give you honest answers about their products. The store is also comfortable, clean, and in a great location.
