BEWARE!! They sold me Elements that were drenched in some blunt spray and stuck together. Came back less than half an hour later and the guy says it's "my fault" and refuses to replace it. Don't buy here!!

Absolute worst place to buy cigars. Moldy and very unkept humidor. I have even offered to help because it was clear the person running it has no clue what they are doing. I will never buy anything from them again.

I bought a $250 piece of glass and no matter what I do, the terrible design of the splash guard won't let me pour the water out. This is a health hazard to NEVER change the water. I expected better and deserve better when spending this kind of money, it's an absolute disgrace to sell something that is a health hazard when you cannot change and clean the water. I can't even use this piece of glass now that I've discovered it's so flawed, what a sham. I'm very disappointed.

I only go to this store and I absolutely have never had a problem at this store and will wait for them to open and will only ever go to this store. I buy non nicotine and caffeine vape pens and lighters. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
