Outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about cigars. Great selection, fair prices, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!

My first experience was excellent. The gentleman who helped me pick out a cigar, I believe his name was Umar, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The establishment was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere without the heavy smoke you find in some other lounges. I also noticed they carried a great selection of cigars along with quality mid- to top-shelf liquor. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a laid-back and relaxing environment.

Went there to get a gift for a friend. Very knowledgeable staff and helped me find a good pair to get, I'm not a smoker by any means, so the help was much appreciated it. The lounge is really nice and the vibe is good.

Be aware, I wrote a scathing review of my experience at Titan and the name was removed from the post. That says a lot....so I am reposting: This one experience gets one star. Every other time I have gone I have always had a chill time. This time was shaping up to be the best experience I've had there. A small group of folks in the center area were talking sports, life experiences, etc as the pre season game highlights played in the background. It's a Friday evening, everyone is winding down from the work week with a stick. Our initial server was GREAT. I wish I knew his name but it escapes me at the moment. We are all wrapping up to leave and have one last good convo about sports. Some guy who I have never seen since I've been going to Titan comes out from the back and says, "Hey respect our people out front, this isn't (another cigar lounge in the area). We were confused at first as we were not loud and the convo was conducive of a cigar lounge and respectful. The first guy started packing up and said the guy killed the vibe and said he was not coming back. I followed suit as I have never experienced these actions before when I have gone there. There were some first timers in the group as well who seemed offended. Needless to say this was a bad first impression. I don't know if the guy was related to the owner or what but surely his actions lost some customers. Very bad experience...equivalent to be being hushed in a library...but it's a cigar lounge. 😐. If I cared enough I would find out his name but I don't care enough to do all that research...just taking my business to another lounge in the already crowded cigar lounge business. I tip well and be sure to respect house rules so this definitely lost my business. Time of seeing the rude individual. Between 10pm and 1130pm. Maybe this information can identify him. He definitely needs customer service training...especially for paying patrons.
