I bought this vape yesterday, and by this morning the coil was already burned out. I went back to the store expecting a replacement or exchange, especially since the cashier — “Mr. Hotwheels” — was the one hyping this vape up to me like it was some amazing product. Instead of helping, he acted like a rude, sarcastic smartass the entire time. Zero customer service, zero accountability, just attitude. Then he tells me to “wait for the manager” like my time means nothing. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I spent my money there expecting decent service and got treated like garbage instead. I’ll never shop there again, and I’d recommend other people avoid this place too unless they enjoy wasting money and being disrespected.

I love the staff here. I love the huge variety of products especially the array of vapes and all the glass water pipes. Theres so many to choose from! The prices are fantastic too.

I called to see if they were open and dude on the phone said that they were open. I get here and they’re closed. Poor business

$43 for a vape IS ACTUALLY INSANE. Ridiculous and definitely will never return to this store.
