Always cheerful, go out of their way to be helpful. Take the time to explain new equipment or any issues with purchases. Willing to call when out of stock items come in, etc. Only place I go.

I went in to purchase 5 cans of nicotine pouches & was told they wasn't sure if they were allowed to sale the last 5 on their shelves because other people like them too. Well , I've driven from Hagerstown to Waynesboro to purchase this product when they had been out of stock for weeks but apparently that isn't their concern. No loss to them but I'll never step foot in any of their establishments again!!!

I came in tonight in need of a new vape setup. I worked with Chris. He has excellent customer service skills, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! I walked out beyond satisfied with a new Mod and tank. He thoroughly explained everything and how to set up. I have been vaping for a long time now and like to buy a new setup every year. This place is the only vape shop I will ever go to. --- on a side note a few months back I desperately needed coils they closed at 8pm it was 8:20pm they let me in and had no issue with selling me the coils I needed. To me it's all about customer service ever since that I have never went anywhere else. They deserve every bit of 5 stars. Thank you so much Susan
