I’ve been a customer for about a year now. Recently, the card readers and machines have been down. This makes it difficult for a smoker like me to go and get what they need immediately. My recommendation to management: Fix it. You’re losing customers like me (That I know) Due to the inconsistency of the machines. Some of your customers come in with mental health, crisis and other crisis that need attention and the miscommunication of there being no Way to tap cards or sometimes even use the ATM, is a headache enforces me to go elsewhere.
