Will never shop here again !!!! And would recommend all people to be aware of my experience… I shop at this location very frequently almost once a week. Upon entering the location today the gentleman immediately shakes my hand and accused me of “Trying to steal a lighter” on my last visit. I explained to him he has me confused with another customer he urged to me that it was me and no one else. He stated he would provide video proof. After standing at the location for over 50 mins and providing the date of my last visit. He showed nothing. Due to the fact like stated earlier he was confusing me with another customer. I explained to him if you’re going to make accusations of stealing you better have evidence handy and ready to present to the customer. Being a buisness owner my self if I were to accuse someone of theft …best believe evidence would have been seconds away. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE wasted an hr of valuable time and still no video or photos of a a so called attempted theft. Buisness owner and employees need to be educated on how to properly run a successful establishment… and wrongfully accusing consistent customer of theft is not how you do so. If I could give 0 stars I would.

👎👎👎 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR VAPE BATTERIES. WARNING! I purchased what I thought was a new battery. They refused to give me a receipt even though I asked for one. That should have been the first red flag right there. The battery stopped working within a couple of weeks. Blaming the customer for a "brand new" battery that stopped working so quickly, is a very lame way to not hold accountability. A brand new battery that was used properly, should not have stopped working, period. Getting a replacement was difficult, and when I finally received it, it was also damaged. It is clear at this point that they were not intending to provide a functional replacement. More tricks. They simply, purposely, gave me another damaged battery and treated me dismissively to get rid of me. It is important I point out, this is not a business that is American owned. I never knew I would be exposing myself to an unsafe situation just by going shopping in my own country. When I called back to report this, about a week later, expecting fair treatment, the owner, who barely spoke English, Saad, immediately gave me an intimidating attitude, even aggressive, and refused to honor the claim and simply dismissed me saying that he is not responsible. Not responsible for selling me a damaged battery and not replacing it with one that is new and works as it should? My experience with this individual, was also scary, from the intimidating attitude, to speaking about me in a language that was definitely not English, saying who knows what. So disrespectful! As an American woman, I did not feel safe in that environment. I was scared. That is not what Americans expect to find when we go shopping in our country. We are certainly not prepared to defend ourselves when put in a situation like this one, and by someone who barely speaks the official language. Their customer service is unprofessional, intimidating, and dismissive, showing no regard for paying American customers. I was treated differently simply because I am an American. That was crystal clear. That is unacceptable. I not only am an American living in my own country. I also paid for a new product and was given a DAMAGED one TWICE. What are the odds of that happening? Why sell damaged batteries and TRICK American customers and steal their money? That is a very shady way to "do business". Zero accountability and zero integrity. I do not recommend any American woman to go there alone, or at least not without protection. This is not how a respectable business retains customers. Based on my experience, this business sells damaged goods deliberately, which is effectively THEFT and intimidates customers that call it out. Theres no explanation any business can give to justify this shameful behavior. A business like this should not exist. I reported this shady business practice to the BBB, FTC, and the state attorney general. I am grateful they exist so a business like this, without any integrity, is held accountable when expecting to get away with taking advantage of Americans in our home. BUYERS BEWARE!

Dude tried to upcharge me on a lighter and some swisher sweets. The lighter I usually buy is around $4.00-$4.50. Bro tried to charge me $20 for a lighter and $5 for a $3.50 pack of swishers. I went across the street to the gas station and bought the same lighter for $4.25.

I love coming to the store because it is the best and it’s so convenient and it has everything. I always come in here every day so bad things I love the prices and I love how convenient it is.!!!! This is the absolute best place for any hookah product you can name!!!!!!!

Amazing experience. Jose, one of the workers there has great customer service, and helped me out in a timely fashion. I look forward to going back and browsing through the store.
