Poor customer service and unwelcoming attitude ​Walked in expecting a chill evening, but the staff’s cold and dismissive attitude set a bad tone right away. We felt completely ignored throughout our visit, and basic hospitality was non-existent. A lounge relies heavily on good vibes, and the service here made it feel completely unwelcoming. And over priced ! Not recommend.

I love this hookah lounge! The hookah smokes smooth and lasts a long time. Very reasonably priced and great atmosphere. Sarah’s always been very welcoming and hospitable. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you like afrobeats music then you will like the atmosphere or vibe this place has as they were playing afrobeats when I went here. However, this place serves no food. I’m from London and most if not all shisha lounges in London serve food and a range of drinks so this was a bit of a disappointment for me. It also wasn’t very busy and it was a Saturday night so was expecting more, perhaps it wasn’t busy because of the lack of food. I also was told by my cousin that the shisha contained tobacco which I was not aware of as that’s not always the case where I’m from. Would have been appreciated if this was made known to us.
