Best smoke shop by far! The workers are very kind and extremely knowledgeable! I've learned more about certain products through them than anything I could find on the internet! Very informative! Prices/Quality of product is great and they also sell Lottery Tickets! All that I've listed is why it deserves a 5 star rating and the wonderful staff is why I come back for more 🙏🏼

So this is my local smoke shop now since I moved to a small town in Boxborough, so nothing else that’s closer. Making me want to quit. Energy in there is so draining, been in there more than 10 times, owner is a male and his girlfriend/wife. Female is kind, but she prices things higher than her husband or boyfriend /owner. I’ve seen him give ‘special prices’ to some of his costumers NOT all, which is kind of unfair to others. They’ve charged me tax some days and some days they don’t. Frustrated with the inconsistency of the prices. Prices should be the same at all times specially for the same product , same week or month. I go in and be kind saying: hello good morning thank you , etc. they’re always very rude and don’t say anything back at all. Once I just got a hand gesture like bye or go away with an unsettling look. I don’t like the treatment to costumers, like I said the female : his wife or girlfriend it seems, is a little bit nicer than the actual male owner of the premise. I wish I had more local options. It s good place. Like I said I’m leaning towards quitting which is better for me tbh and I’m not giving away money to a snarky business, who doesn’t even open up in time at the time it says they’re going to be open. Gave them a 3 star cus they have a product I do like that I sometimes come back for even with the inconsistencies. Wide variety of vapes / but overpriced as other commenters have stated. As mentioned before, it’s very true ,,, they don’t open at the time it says they open in google maps and on their store.

Good service and good prices. The customer service is outstanding. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’re always willing to help you out and lead you to exactly what you need and has the absolute best stuff you are looking for.

The employee tried everything he could to tell me they didn't sell filters, I asked a few different ways and he kept saying no until I pointed to the literal product I was looking for right above his head. Definitely won't be back.

My favorite smoke shops they are kind and very helpful and prices are amazing they have several variety in this shop. Will continue going. :)
