Great products staff that's always helpful. Competitive prices also. Vipransh great help to me.

I usually come here for papers, banana leaf/hemp wraps, cleaning stuff, and other basics and they have a huge selection, even when they don't have exactly what you're looking for they have a 99% chance of finding something equally good or at least 2nd best possible. Great variety. Great customer service. I went in looking for a hard to find piece for a specific item, and they called FOUR (thank you whoever was working 10/14 evening) other stores and recommended 2 more when they couldn't find one in the allston branch. I ended up just getting a new piece altogether at a great price with their help and advice. Generally, they inform you on deals and inventory but don't try to "pitch" to you or push you too hard (but they have shown me some cool stuff I didn't know about or try personally before). Very chill store, good stock, professional, etc.

Jeremy and Preshant were amazing. Jeremy walked us through all of our questions, and offered his expertise in a way that we have never experienced at another shop. 15/10 experience and we think Jeremy deserves a promotion :)

Got two glass items, one ended up being 100% percent markup and other was the price I found online. I can't reccomend this shop unless you're a very informed buyer, just go look how much they're upselling rolling papers lol.

Great selection and service. I cracked my ash catcher and needed a new one. They had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price.
