Not the friendliest shop owner in town. Limited expensive stock. Doesn't carry basics such as bong water, screens, etc. I stopped by on three different occasions. But each time he either didn't understand what I was looking for or said I didn't need it. Try being more friendly and/or helpful to your customers.

Not sure if employees are great at reading the room. They followed me around asking what i want, but it felt like they wanted me out of there and I felt pressured into making a decision despite saying "I'll let you know if I have any questions." Alright pieces, I did get a nice lil bubbler for a reasonable price.Though also feels too upscale in some ways. They don't carry basic screens, only little glass balls as a stopper, of course more expensive? I get it's in brookline but jeez

Went here for to buy a wax pen was sold a cartridge pen and left. Went back to return it but I couldn’t return because they said the box was ripped. Left and realized I can buy an adapter so I call their store to confirm they have it on stock so I go back and I ask the associate and I told her I was the one that called in about the adapter and she says we don’t have it. Wasted my time 3x. Wasted my money. And left annoyed. Don’t come here.

Bluemoon Smoke Shop is an excellent place for all of your smoking needs. They have a large variety of pipes, bongs, papers, and more. Reasonable pricing is a plus. Advertises itself as a “vaporizer store” through google search but doesn’t carry juice at this location (although they do in Cambridge) since Brookline will not authorize the sale of ejuice, and their selection of vaporizers is disappointing. I can only recommend this place for 420 paraphernalia, but if you’re looking into vaporizing as a smoking cessation aid, look elsewhere because Blue Moon in Brookline is not it. 1 star as a vaporizer store because of misleading advertising, but 4 stars as a 420 shop. Ill split the difference to 2.5 and round DOWN because the photos listed are incredibly misleading. They shouldn’t list themselves as a vaporizer store, period.
