Store is well stocked with various supplies & devices. Prices very reasonable. Customer service at the downtown location wasn't good service. There was only one guy there, he gave off a negative vibe. Questions were asked and responses were not welcomed. The impression hurry up and buy & leave. Product was great. In all greet as if you would want me to return. I need to seek a different location!!! Store was very clean, a place you would want to return despite his attitude

The shops has some things you need, but the staff leaves something to be desired. The gentleman at the shop was not very kind, in fact he was quite rude for no reason. I expressed excitement for them having the item I needed and was told to “tone it down” was givin a nasty look and treated like a nuisance. I will never be back to this establishment. Honestly the best smoke shop I have ever been too in my whole life! The customer service is AMAZINGG! everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Everytime I go there I end up spending over 300$ Because of how amazing there products are and how much the employees convinced me. The first time I went the Employee, Jeremy, was so welcoming and helpful, I learned so much more about the products that I was buying Becuase of him! He was extremely helpful, funny, and nice. The prices there are THE BEST, and they have so many options to pick from. They have EVERYTHING!!!! I can always rely on them!!!

Decent products. Staff are kind of unwelcoming, usually on their cell phone, eating, or anything else. Feels like you are an inconvenience as they get upset by questions because it's interrupting their personal time. Staff used to be great, not so anymore.
