Great shop, clean and approachable staff. Sammie (Sammy?) is always super helpful, answered all of my questions about applying part time and her outfits are always on point. Unfortunately when only one person is working in a shop it's common to need to step away for 5 minutes or so, for liability the doors need to be locked.

Went in here because I've had nothing but excellent service at other locations , especially from Ray at the mashpee location. Walked in looking to get a down slide and maybe even a new water pipe because I'm always purchasing them at the company. Walked into this location like I would any other and was cracking a joke In friendly manner to have the tattooed woman behind the counter freak out without even getting 5 feet in the shop. Would never shop this location again but I at least have faith in the others.

The girl with the giant blanket sweatshirt and colorful hair was a complete snob. Not only did I wait the 5 minutes like the sign said she put it back up after I left. I took an uber here and I pay for waiting it’s unfair and very unprofessional of her she seemed like she barely could be bothered and should probably find a job she likes.

Exactly as expected. Stopped in for a quick buy, was immediately greeted by the staff, all my questions were answered, and the product i was looking for was available. The store was clean and inviting and the staff helped make it a quick trip. Price was average, as expected. No complaints!
