I went into vape way tonight about an hour before they closed and a woman who was working there was so helpful and kind. I wish I got her name! I purchased a torch and she gave me some good advice about using a rig. I just used it and the tips she gave me were really helpful. Thank you 😊

Joe at Vape Way made the whole experience so easy. I wasn’t sure what I needed, but he walked me through different vape cartridges and really helped me figure out what would be best for me. Super patient, knowledgeable, and just easy to talk to. You can tell he actually cares about helping, not just making a sale. I went to vape way today around noon for the first time. The tall guy with a pink shower cap walked out the store when I pulled in. When he looked at me, he started cussing loud enough for me to hear. Granted, they didn't have what I needed, I felt unwelcome and kind of annoyed. Needless to say, I won't be coming back nor will I recommend this place to others.

I want to share my great experience shopping at Vapeway in Mashpee with Ray. He was beyond great and totally sold me/educated me on the puffco pivot, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! He was super knowledgeable and helpful and definitely will be going back to see him! Highly recommended!!!
