Today makes 2 days in a row that we went there during business hours and couldn't get in. Lights are on, open sign is lit up but nobody is in there. Tried calling both days and no answer. Definitely not bothering with that place anymore. Waste of my time driving there. We were there yesterday at about 5:30pm and today at 2:30pm with the exact same results. I'll find someplace else that's actually there while they're open.

All 3 places have a good selection of products. But what happened to you guys. Your shops were priced reasonably. Now everything is priced over retail. I can order from the manufacturers website and get free shipping and it’s cheaper. Or any of the other 1000 retailers online. The worst part is you guys act like you’re doing me a favor selling things over retail. Because you have it in stock. So does everyone else. Your won’t even match the retail price the manufacturer has set. I’ll pay retail to support local places, but not the up charge for no particular reason other than to gouge people. I’ve purchased quite a few pieces over the years because pricing was always fair and deals were available depending on what I was purchasing. But never over retail. I walked out on a 600$+ sale because you wouldn’t meet retail price difference of 19.95. Drove down the road and bought for cheaper and retail priced at a dispensary. Let that sink in. Do better guys.

If I could assign zero stars, I would. Got severely overcharged for butane—$20 for one can is outrageous. Checked multiple sites and made calls, only to find a store charging 5 a can and a case of 12 on Amazon for $47. The "bogo free" deal turned out to be paying for two cans to boost today's sales. Disappointing experience every time; prices are exorbitant compared to what I'm accustomed to, and the selection is subpar. Likely stays afloat due to being one of the few smoke shops in Berkshire county.
