I come in there often usually for ecig tips and OFC the the best ripe vape fluid. This place is awesome, everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. Prices arent too shabby. THEY ALWAYS have what I need. Went to NYC for a vacation and not a single place had anything I was looking for. Will continue to shop there.

Knowledgeable staff. Not a revolving door of employees. This means that you can always count on seeing someone that you've come to know & trust. Very positive vibe at this place, good prices, always clean & well-lighted. Highly recommend. Been coming here for four and one-half years.

I’ve tried going to this Vape Shop multiple times and each time I’ve been disappointed more and more than the last. They have a no return policy, even when they sell defective merchandise. A customer has no way of knowing that the item is defective until after the purchase. It seems to me like a good scam to get quick and easy money. The owner is more concerned with daily sales then building up customer relations. They have no consideration for Customer Service. Which in the long run is only going to hurt them because they won’t be having repeat customers! Business 101 is To build loyal Clientele Base. I am also guessing the owner has no consideration for his or her employees as the shop was continuously closed for lack of employees. It is unfortunate as they were in my area but it seems the owner could care less about this business. I will have to find a new Vape Shop to go to. If you’re looking for a Vape Shop I would definitely definitely not recommend this one. Ultimately extremely disappointed.

I would’ve rated this 0 stars if I could. Within the last 2 weeks or so, I have tried going to this location and they are closed during “open” business hours!! Today they had a sign on the door stating they were apparently open “11am - 7pm” and I went at 6pm and they were closed. Never mind trying to call to even see if they’re open before going, they never answer the phone. I think this place is looking to go out of business. I recommend you find a different place for your products because even when they are open, they don’t have what I’m looking for or say “it’ll be here sometime during the week” and it never is. Really disappointing honestly.

I've been going to 51vape for years this was the first time for me at north greenbush and was one of the best visits. The music wasn't super loud so I could actually hear what the girl was saying when I was asking questions. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and listened to what i was looking for. Ending up with 2 new mods, 4 batteries and a 4 banger charger and she had recomendations and knowledge about all of them. Great to see another great 51vape spot.
