I went in to purchase a gift. I don't know much about cigars, I only know the person I was getting them for liked them mild and sweet. The staff member was FANTASTIC! We looked around. She had some ideas which might be a good pick, another customer joined in with some suggestions. Between the 2, they educated me a little. It was a welcoming environment

First time buying a cigar. I went in, told him some general details of the ones I wanted, the guy was super helpful. Gave me a few options, didn't try to upsell me a bunch of junk...overall, positive experience. The parking situation was hard to figure out from the street (it's on a street corner) but I just parked across the small street at the Exxon. It appears there might have been a parking lot behind the building, but even if that weren't the case, it didn't take away from the experience given how close it was to the gas station.

Decent cigar selection. Great accessories as well. However, although they agreed to fill up my torch for free, they sold me a dysfunctional lighter... not happy about that.

Great place with great prices! It’s got a huge humidor and a huge selection of cigars! I will definitely be back!
