Owner is personable and truly knows his products. I cant overstate how important that is when you’re talking naturals/ethnobotanicals, and that not every shop owner around here possesses such knowledge. Prices are as good as anyone in MA as well

Out of this world customer service makes it worth the prices. Large selection and Wiki, the most genuine and friendliest counter man, make this place a staple shop for the community. Would give six stars if possible.

I called and asked for a specific product and the woman was very helpful on the phone! Very pleasant experience, easy parking, very clean, excellent service!!! The hours listed on Google say they close at 9:30pm, but they were open until 10pm on a Thursday. I would definitely recommend!
