This one of the nicest smokes shops with the best vibe I have ever been to. Unlike most smoke shops in the area they have quality glass and unique pieces, all at various price points (and some very cool hand made stuff). Top notch inventory. Also, the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely polite.

Doesn’t understand consumer laws regarding refunds for defective items. Selling someone a broken/non-functioning item and then not taking it back is commonly known as a scam. I am not returning it for any other reason besides the fact it does not function. Your failure to not accept the return is nothing short of fraud. They also aren’t that bright, they seem to be under the impression that people put vape batteries in their mouths, rather than the mouthpiece which is purchased separately. I guess they’re not very knowledgable on how vaping works. I bought a battery here, and it didn’t work out of the box. The man behind the counter knew it didn’t work out of the box as he saw me open and try to turn it on, but he refused to take it back. Their reasoning for not accepting a return on a defective battery was that they don’t accept returns because people put their mouth on it. I don’t know about you, but I have been vaping for 13 years, and never once touched my mouth to a vape battery before. I don’t know why one would need to put a battery in their mouth. Also, defective items should NEVER be resold. So the concern of my mouth being on it is entirely irrelevant anyways. This just proves that they would have otherwise been willing to knowingly sell a defective battery to another customer. So now, I have issued a chargeback with my bank. Not only do they now have to give my money back, but the employees also have to do a bunch of headache-inducing paperwork, they still don’t get the product back, AND they lost a potential loyal customer. This is one of those situations where doing the right thing would have paid off, but now they have to suffer financial and reputational consequences, all because of one bad decision. I just moved down the street and thought this would be my new regular vape shop. They have nice glass pieces but unfortunately my experience was too awful to ever consider supporting this business again. I’m glad they wasted no time proving that I shouldn’t. The choices made by the employees this day were certainly interesting, to say the least. Also, I ended up finding the same vape battery I spent $37 on, online for $8. Their profit margin is over 400%. No thanks.

My go to spot for heady glass they have a huge selection of handmade glass and other smoking accessories. Very knowledgeable owner and employees definitely a go to spot if your in the area

I went in a couple to a few weeks ago and had a great conversation with the proprietor about where they get their glass and things of the like. He recognized me when I went in today and was very helpful getting the right product at the right price. Their location across the street from Bud's Goods and Provisions is convenient for them and their customers. I would recommend this place to someone looking for inexpensive to artisanal glass, papers, kratom, etc.

Sickening glass collection at this store. The owners have curated such a beautiful variety of pieces from different artists with such special styles, and they know how to represent them with pride. Gorgeous storefront, perfect accessory selection, everything you need for a smoke shop stop. Thanks for my beautiful piece!
