Basically everything in the place is OVERPRICED. I would avoid this place at all costs. I can’t believe they stay open with these prices. About a mile down the road they have an item that is a regular price of 9.99. At this place it’s 29.99!!!! Why? Not to mention there is a layer of dust and dirt everywhere. They should take all of that money and buy a vacuum. Whoever owns this place is a joke. Avoid. Btw they didn’t thank me for my purchase, but was clear that a five rating on “the google” was very important.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Great cigar prices and selections, they have a little bit of everything. Gentleman seemed very happy to chat about cigars and flavors. Definitely will be back.

We needed a couple cigar boxes for groomsmen gifts but they needed to be a specific size so we checked out a few cigar shops, nothing. When we got here they went out of their way to find us EXACTLY what we need!! I'm so so glad we happened upon this place! Thank you!!

Everything they have is double the price than other places……

I never write reviews but I just moved to the Lowell area and this is my new place for all my tobacco and water pipe needs. The prices and selection here are great for such a convenient spot. The thing that made it for me was the owner, though. These are genuinely good people who aren't focused on just trying to make a buck. I had an issue with one of the pieces I got there and the owner exchanged it with no questions. I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good smoke shop. 10/10
