They have such an attitude there, I've been going in there for a long time only cus it's a 1 minute walk but this time I went there and was spending almost $100 but because there was a math problem done on my $50 dollar bill (in pencil) he wouldn't except it. So ridiculous! Now I only go to Rize for my glass pipes and vaping needs!

One star is two stars too many, but you can't go lower. I purchased a simple 1000 ma stick, because I was waiting on a mod to arrive from overseas. I used it for several tank fills through a 4 day period before the threads became stripped. Now I know not to overtighten these, and I've been vaping for 2 years. I also tested my tank with a old stick I have to be sure and it threaded on like new. I've had several of these and wore them out before I got a cheap mod, and wore that out also so I know how not to treat them. So I brought it back after 2 weeks (I live 50 miles from here, so I'm only here every other week) to ask for a exchange replacement. I was rudely and flatly refused. I replied "Really, you don't honor your customers or merchandise?" His reply was "You didn't bring it back within 24 hours!" Avoid this place like a cup of battery acid. At best it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth, but eventually you'll get burned!

Very lackluster smoke shop with a wide selection of mass produced glass. Now that pot's legal in MA, I went out to buy a bowl and a bong here. I liked the prices for the pieces I bought, but they aren't anything to write home about. No point asking the clerks about anything either. If you're looking for simple glass and some smoking supplies, this place will do just fine. If you're looking for more intricate pieces, look elsewhere.

I've been their many times and spend alot of money there. Mostly satisfied and they have alot options to choose from. However, today I called to ask if they have the nectar collector, (which is awesome, if you haven't used one try it) the girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional and did not want to check, so she immediately stopped speaking English and pretended she couldn't understand me, then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with someone else, she hung up on me again. This upsetting considering the hundreds of dollars I spend there. You would think you would have respect for the people who support your job. If the owner was smart, he would hire someone who wants to work instead of wasting money and losing patrons. I will find a new smoke shop now and not give one more dime towards that rude ladys paycheck! Lazy! I will now be driving a couple minutes farther to go to the shop at Solomon pond mall. They have excellent customer service, as well as a great selection, and prices are better by far. It's worth the drive.

Depends on who isbworking,prices are sky high!!!!! Plan on spending double than online. You will be told you can't buy single wrapped coils, that against the law, as long as the coil is individually wrapped it is legal. Them plan on spending 18 dollars, when your last purchase was 12. for the same item. Make sure you say you want the discount, before dropping 500. Or the point they give you towards a 10 dollar coupon . If you don't remind them before they ring it up, supposedly it can't be done. It's a last resort stop. Those plastic funnel tips that are normally a dollar were 5 ,if they still carry them. On hit wonder milkman was 65! Enjoy
