Everything I bought was extremely overpriced and when I got home everything was janky and didn’t fit right and nothing functioned as they told me it would. Spent a decent chunk of change there too…would give it a 0/5 if I could was gonna have the lady order me a new 320$ dab rite too definitely not now. First picture was the 60$ “45 degree” banger second picture was my 25$ 45 degree from another local shop. Drove an hour and a half to get scammed.. not too happy unused banger no return policy, no store credit, nothing

Great store. Large smoke selection. Most glass is on discount. Always clean. Large selection of toys, posters, and other fun decorations and gifts too. Great selection of high end glass pieces.

Been going to lilis glass since she was in the leominster mall I will always be a huge supporter!! I've bought everything from knives,snacks, glass, puffco pros... 3 different ones(color ways) and a bunch of different attatchments ect...Just go and take a look you won't be disappointed!!

Extremely disappointed. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this business over this past decade long before they took over this location, including purchasing high-end pieces well over $500, and they were unwilling to exchange or refund a clearly defective $60 glass banger that failed under normal use. That level of inconsistency in customer service is unacceptable. For a long-time customer, that response felt dismissive and careless, especially given the amount of money I’ve put into this shop over multiple visits. It completely broke my trust in the business. I would urge you to look elsewhere for your glassware needs. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Great selection and atmosphere. Spent soooome time browsing and shmoozing, and was impressed entirely (as per usual) very knowledgeable staff and some of the most amazing collections i have ever seen. Enjoying, daily, all of my purchases!!! Even wearing the cutest pot leaf socks, that i am always getting compliments on. Cant wait to be back in town, an' check my homies n' shop out, and load up on the latest, trendiest smoking gadgets-accessories-apparel!!
