The workers don’t seem very happy and are usually quiet. I bought a dab tool here and the paint flaked off into my product on FIRST USE. If i hadn’t noticed, I’d be over here smoking paint. Also tried to collab with the owner with my business to bring more business to both of us. Owner is never there and 2 employees said they texted him about it but he never replied. Owners should do better and actually be at the store once in a while and bring excitement up, make the employees look happy.

We will see how this turns out and if I change my review buttttt I bought a device from here that is defective from manufacturer as it doesn't hold a charge I'm being told by the employee no returns I understand if I used the device buttttttt this is defective no to your policy at "this location" so that means you choose to sell us defective products and know it hence why your policy is what it is at this store for now I will tell people don't shop here at all also sounds like the owners non existent as the shop worker said she was trying to contact the manager but has not heard from them in a while and they may be in the store around 4 today what a crap show it sounds like and it's because of a person who wants something with not being present

Sign on door says, All Cigars, Buy 2, Get $2 off. I bought two, but the girl said the discount only applied to vapes. I took her to the sign. She had to text the manager. He said that sale only applies Wednesdays. I told her they should remove the sign. If I had gotten the $2 off, I would have bought more.

I love going to this store specifically, I used to go to Lansing puff puff but the employees here are so friendly, the store is always clean, and they always have what I’m looking for! Plus the prices are better haha

The big guy, always has good music, the best service, and makes sure you leave happy
