I've been coming for years and have always had excellent customer service. Today I was helped by Gary and he spent around ten minutes with me helping me find the items I needed and also helped me with coils and vape juice. The other two employees in the store bubble wrapped my items and wished me a good day as well. Thank you Charlotte wild bills and thank you Gary.

Today july 11,2026 store says open. But sign on door says "left at 12:58 be back by 1:05" it is now 1:23 and still no one here. I usually never have issues at this store but apparently this employee isn't reliable.

They always have my favorite flavors here and are super knowledgeable about disposables! Had a Monday on a Thursday and my brain was all scrambled, but they were patient and understanding. Chill guys, honestly. I like this location so much I'm willing to drive from grand ledge for the same products.

The service was unlike any smoke shop in recent memory. I called, quickly got the info I wanted, when I arrived I was given suggestions before I made my choice, and the entire experience was about all you could ask from any shop (much less a smoke shop). I highly recommend them, and will be coming here for my vape needs when I’m in the area!
